English Public and Catholic Schools

  • Avon MaitIand Public & Huron-Perth CathoIic - There are several cancellations, please visit this link for more details: https://ourschoolbuses.ca/cancellations-and-delays/

  • BIuewater Public & Bruce-Grey Catholic - There are several cancellations, please visit this link for more details: https://tinyurl.com/hwk6rvz

  • Durham Public & Durham Catholic - DSTS has cancelled Zone 1,2,3 transportation for today due to inclement weather.

  • Grand Erie Public & Brant HaIdimand Norfolk Catholic - Due to currently icy conditions on side roads and visibility issues with the blowing snow/ strong winds, transportation services are cancelled in all zones today. As a result of transportation being cancelled, schools are closed to students.

  • HaIton Public & Halton Catholic - All Halton District (HDSB) and Halton Catholic District (HCDSB) schools are open, but all transportation services are cancelled for the day in all zones (Zone 1, 2, and 3).

  • HamiIton Wentworth Public & HamiIton Wentworth Catholic - Schools, admin buildings, & school child care centres are closed for public schools ONLY, Feb. 13. The weather/road conditions continue to present challenges. Transportation for catholic schools cancelled, but schools open.

  • Kawartha Pine Ridge Public & Peterborough Victoria NorthumberIand Clarington Catholic - Due to ongoing snow, blowing snow, drifting snow, and resulting driving conditions, busing and transportation is cancelled for the day in the STSCO jurisdiction. This includes busing to all schools in Peterborough City and County, Clarington, Northumberland and Campbellford areas. Schools will remain open but all busing is cancelled for the day.

  • Near North Public & Nipissing-Parry Sound CathoIic - Cancelled Cancellations/Annulations: Burk’s Falls/Magnetawan- Katrine/Emsdale/Kearney/Sprucedale/Novar/Redbridge/Thorne | West Nipissing | Hwy11 North| Mattawa/ North Bay | Trout Lake/Four Mile Lake Rd | Callander,Bonfield & East Ferris | Britt & Nobel | Mactier,Humphrey & Rosseau | McDougall/Whitestone | East Parry Sound North - North of and including Hwy 522- Port Loring/Restoule- Nipissing/Commanda- Powassan/Trout Creek East Parry Sound South - South of Hwy 522-South River/Sundridge

  • Niagara Public & Niagara Catholic - Student transportation is CANCELLED today for the District School Board of Niagara and the Niagara Catholic District School Board. Schools are OPEN.

  • Ottawa CarIeton Public & Ottawa Catholic - Due to significant combination of heavy snow and strong winds forecast for this evening and overnight, all OCDSB schools and administrative offices will be closed Wednesday, February 13, 2019. The Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) is closing all schools and administration offices including the Catholic Education Centre on Wednesday, February 13.

  • PeeI Public & Dufferin-PeeI Catholic - All DPCDSB and PDSB buses are cancelled for today.

  • Rainbow Public & Sudbury Catholic - Please note that school related transportation is cancelled today for the districts of Sudbury, Massey, Espanola and Manitoulin, however schools remain open.

  • Renfrew County Public & Renfrew County Catholic - All transportation service, all schools, both English speaking Catholic and Public Boards will be closed for Wednesday February 13, 2019. Stay home and be safe, as the roads conditions are deteriorating.

  • Simcoe County Public & Simcoe Catholic - School vehicles in the North weather zone are cancelled.

  • Thames Valley Public & London CathoIic - Transportation in Elgin, Middlesex, Oxford and Red Zone is CANCELLED for the day due to road conditions.

  • Tri-Board - Due to poor road conditions and continued inclement weather all school bus and taxi transportation is cancelled in the Tri-Board Student Transportation Services jurisdiction. The schools will remain open however any students driven to school by parents or guardians will need to be picked up at the end of the day. This decision affects students with the: Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, Hastings & Prince Edward District School Board, Limestone District School Board, Whitney PS.

  • Trillium LakeIands - All buses to schools in City of Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton and Muskoka for Trillium Lakelands District School Board have been cancelled.  

    Buses to St. Mary's, St. Dominic, St. Luke's and Saint John Paul II Elementary schools and St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School in City of Kawartha Lakes have been cancelled.  

    Buses to St. Dominic Catholic Secondary School, Monsignor Michael O'Leary and Saint Mary Catholic Elementary Schools have been cancelled.

  • Upper Canada Public & Eastern Ontario CathoIic - Due to the prolonged period of heavy snow that is expected to continue overnight and into the day tomorrow, combined with strong winds and blowing snow, all schools within the Upper Canada District School Board will be closed Wednesday, February 13, 2019. There will be no school transportation. Child care facilities will also be closed for the day. We expect schools to re-open on Thursday, February 14, 2019. The CDSBEO will be closing all schools and administrative offices on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.

  • Upper Grand Public, Dufferin-PeeI Catholic & Wellington CathoIic - All school buses in Wellington Dufferin are cancelled today. All schools are open except those dependent on transportation.

  • WaterIoo Public & WaterIoo Catholic - Due to the current weather conditions, ALL SCHOOL BUSES, TAXIS AND SPECIAL EDUCATION ROUTES operated by the Waterloo Catholic District School Board and Waterloo Region District School Board are cancelled. All Public and Catholic Schools are open.

French Public and Catholic Schools

  • Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO) - WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2019

    CLOSURE of our schools, child care and head office due to weather conditions. Reopening scheduled for February 14th.

  • Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l'Est Ontarien - Due to weather conditions, transportation is CANCELED and schools are CLOSED.

  • Conseil des écoles catholiques de langue française du Centre-Est - The Board's administration, in cooperation with the other three Ottawa school boards-have Decided to close All CECCE schools for Wednesday, February 13, 2019.

  • Conseil scolaire public du Grand Nord de l’Ontario (CSPGNO) - Please note that school related transportation is cancelled today for the districts of Sudbury, Massey, Espanola and Manitoulin, however schools remain open.

  • Conseil scolaire Viamonde - Region of Kitchener-Waterloo: Transportation is cancelled today, Region of Peel: Transportation is cancelled today, Region of Oxford: Transportation is cancelled today, Region of Middlesex (rural routes): Transportation is cancelled today. Routes in the city of London are running, Region of Halton: Transportation is cancelled today, Region of Durham (zones 1, 2 and 3): Transportation is cancelled in the areas of Scugog, Uxbridge and Brock, Region of Simcoe (north zone): Transportation is cancelled today, Region of Niagara: Transportation is cancelled today, Region of Hamilton: Transportation is cancelled today, Region of Bruce-Grey (rural routes): Transportation is cancelled today. Only routes in the city of Owen Sound are running.
