Cold Arctic air continues for Saskatchewan on Tuesday morning with temperatures into the -20s to start off the day throughout Southeastern and South-central Saskatchewan. When you factor in the windchill most areas along the Manitoba border will feel like between -30 to -35°C. To the west towards the Alberta border, it should be slightly warmer with the windchill between -20 to -30°C.
