Extreme heat can be dangerous! Limit your exposure outside and be sure to stay well hydrated. Heat stroke and other heat illnesses can set in very quickly. Watch for the symptoms of heat illness: dizziness/fainting; nausea/vomiting; rapid breathing and heartbeat; extreme thirst; decreased urination with unusually dark urine.

And DO NOT under any circumstance leave children or pets in vehicles! Leaving the windows rolled down or AC on is not sufficient enough to protect against the dangers. Vehicles in extreme heat act like an oven and will cause significant injuries or death within a short timeframe.
