There will be a bit of a reprieve in the wildfire risk across Eastern Ontario, most of Central Ontario, and into the GTA tomorrow, dipping down to low risk. This is attributed to high temperatures under 20°C, higher humidity, and periods of light rain possible overnight tonight and throughout the day tomorrow. The rain might extend into the Parry Sound area, bringing the risk down from extreme to high. In Southwestern Ontario, the risk remains high to extreme with conditions expected to stay dry tomorrow.

At the time of this posting (Thursday evening), none of the fire bans/restrictions have been loosened. Please continue to follow the guidelines set out by local authorities when it comes to open air burning at this time.
