Saskatchewan: Thunderstorm Forecast for Saturday, July 22, 2023

Isolated thunderstorms are expected to pop up across Central and Western Saskatchewan during the late afternoon and evening on Saturday. Most of the activity will be concentrated in a line from North Battleford through Saskatoon and southward into the Moose Jaw and Assiniboia area. The environment is favourable for a few of these storms to become severe with 90 km/h wind gusts and up to toonie-sized hail as the main threats. An isolated tornado can’t be ruled out either.
