Significant rainfall is expected to move in to parts of Northeastern Ontario overnight tonight and continue throughout the day tomorrow, resulting in a decrease in wildfire risk for this area. In particular, communities south of a line from Marathon, through Kapuskasing, and into Quebec, can expect the wildfire risk to be low to moderate. The rest of Northern Ontario can expect to stay under a high risk with a lack of moisture and high temperatures into the mid and upper 20s.
