Yet another day of stormy weather is expected across much of Southern Saskatchewan on Wednesday. The storm threat is the strongest in an area northeast of Regina including locations such as Melville, Canora and Yorkton. Numerous isolated pop-up storms are expected to develop here during the late afternoon and early evening hours. Some of these storms near the Manitoba border could reach severe levels with up to 2.5cm size hail and 90+ km/h wind gusts.

Storms are also possible along the Alberta border in Western Saskatchewan with developed storms crossing into the province during the afternoon and evening. It appears that hail will be the main threat but could also include strong wind gusts and heavy rainfall.
